The Togher head Office, Plant & Transport Depot is located on the Historic site of Columbia Wharf on the River Lee Navigation at Ponders End Lock. Built in 1770, the site was central to the munitions manufacturing since 1800 and still contains the lock keepers cottages which lock keepers used up until the 1980s.
